IT STARTED IN NYC
Choco Churros was initially introduced in the food industry in the 1980s by Claudia Rodriguez. It began as a food cart operation in Queens, New York and
quickly turned into a striking success.
After 20 years of its formation, Rodriguez decided to move to
Toronto where some years after her arrival she continued to pursue her passion for pastry making. The city quickly gained favour for her famous Mexican recipe
and couldn’t help but ask for more.
In response to Toronto’s demand, Claudia opened up her first take out store in 2018 and has been thriving ever since!
Today, Choco Churros operates at downtown Toronto.
You can often find us at your local street festivals and events, including the Mississauga Waterfront Festival, Dundas West Fest, The Vegetarian Fest, Toronto Pride Festival and many more!
